Fran Courtney – The Leaf Lady

Fran has been a Hastings based self-employed potter since 1988.

She has exhibited widely at various exhibitions and shows in the South East of England.

She holds an honours degree from Nottingham University and is qualified to teach all aspects of Art and Pottery.

Here work covers many diverse items including natural forms made into usual and unusual items both artistic and useful.

Her influences are taken from nature, folk-lore and religious belief, especially the green man.
